FEE INCLUDES

  • Coach led training weekend with clinics and organized swimming, cycling and running workouts.
  • Nutrition and fueling counseling from a Master Registered Dietician
  • 1 on 1 counseling from certified coaches.
  • Salads and grill food including veggie burgers, burgers, hot dogs, some fish, and chicken. [All other food is potluck]
  • Coffee and continental breakfast items. Smoothie options. Water/sports drink for beverage.
  • Weekend lodging in a cabin.

WHAT TO BRING

  • Bedding for the cots in the cabins.
  • Lounge/Beach chair
  • Swim gear/Wetsuit.
  • Bike and cycling gear. Spare tubes for riding and water bottles.
  • Running clothes.
  • Potluck food and drink.
  • Tent if only if you’d like to bring one.
  • Hiking gear for Mnt. Monadnock if desired.

  • 3:00 p.m – 7:00 p.m. Welcome BBQ
  • Situate, gather & meet & Greet
  • Opening clinic/logistics on what to expect & Finalized iternerary

SATURDAY

  • 8:00 a.m. Swim
  • 9:30 a.m Group Ride(s) + run [Or Just Run/Strength for runner only types]
  • 12:00 p.m. Lunch
  • 2:00 p.m. Training & Race Preperation Clinic + Q+A
  • 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Free Time
  • 6:00 p.m. Campfire Clinic
  • 8:00 p.m. onwards Campfire/Social

SUNDAY

  • 8:00 a.m. Swim
  • 9:30 a.m Group Ride(s) + run [Or Just Run/Strength for runner only types]
  • 12:00 p.m. Lunch
